Renter premium

The public property file, search, Unit Score, and filing a report stay free. Nobody pays to hide, bury, boost, or remove a rating. Premium is only optional tools for the renter reading the file.

  1. 1 · Deeper shortlist and compare

Free accounts keep the shortlist and can save 3 complexes, then compare 2–4. Premium removes the save cap and compares up to 8, with the newest stored comment and watch status. Thin files still show an em dash. No score is invented.

  2. 2 · Watch a file

A premium renter can watch a property. We store that they want to know when a new report is filed. The next time they open the site, an in-app notice shows on watched files. No email is sent. There is no mail provider for this.

  3. 3 · PDF of one file

A premium renter can download a simple PDF of one property file: name, address, Unit Score only when that file already qualifies, the report count, and the real stored report comments. Example reports are left out. No sample text is added.
