• What you submit: ratings, floor plan, comments, optional rent/history fields.
• Technical basics: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps. Needed to run the site, stop spam, and keep reviews from being flooded.
• Cookies or local storage for session and the contribute/unlock flow if present.

We do not run ads in v1. We do not sell your personal information. We do not let landlords pay to bury your review.

We use this data to operate The Unit File, show ratings, fight fake reviews, and debug. We may keep removed content internally if needed for abuse investigations.
