Rent history

What people paid here

See what renters actually paid, year by year, before you sign.

Share what you paid (your name is never shown, about 20 seconds) and you’ll see everyone else’s.

We only show a year once two renters report it, so no one’s rent is ever exposed.

·Methodology·Disputes·Unverified renter reports. Landlords cannot pay to remove or bury ratings. Public guidelines— no paid removal.
